Rev. Greg Fairow has trained leaders from over 150 churches and other local ministries across the United States (and one in Canada) to share God's love on college and university campuses.

Greg can help your ministry start a new campus ministry or transform an existing one by leading workshops in any or all of the following areas:

• Assessment
• Organizational structure
• Strategic planning
• Fundraising
• Coaching
While campus ministry is his primary area of expertise, Greg's training can be adapted and applied to any local ministry.

Greg is also available to lead one or more of the following presentations at conferences, retreats, conventions, etc.:
• "Calamity or Opportunity on Campus?" - the need for and importance of campus ministry

• "Hold the Baloney and Ostrich" - ministry assessment requires openness and honesty, even when it's painful

• "We've Never Done It This Way Before!" - stop putting out ministry fires and start igniting a few

• "Failure Is Always an Option" - visionary ministry includes risk-taking

• "Whose Ministry Is It Anyway?" - functional vs. dysfunctional organizational structure

• "Strategic Planning Is a Waste of Time" - a fruitful strategic plan also requires strategic action

• "Who's Gonna Pay For This?" - connecting ministries with supporters

• "Our Country's Next Heroes" - a look at the Millennial generation

• "Serve One Another In Love" - what we can and need to learn from the Millennial generation

• "The Games People Play" - conflict resolution includes not playing dysfunctional games

• "Intentional, Irreproachable Integrity" - personal and ministry integrity
Greg previously served as a campus pastor, where the Lord used him to transform two struggling campus ministries. His deep passion for campus ministry began when he was a college student and the Lord worked through a local campus ministry to transform his life. He also previously served as a pastor at two other churches and he managed three radio stations, including a Christian station he helped start.
